Returns Policy

At 33:3 Linda Liz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s) for any reason, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Here are the guidelines for returning merchandise:

  1. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  2. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your package.
  5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  6. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@333lindaliz.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of your shipment. 33:3 Linda Liz is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
